　　跳槽的最大的壞處是那會帶來關于信任方面的負面影響。當雇主看到求職人員的簡歷后，他最為關注的是工作經驗，然而如果在簡歷上面寫有超過10份的工作經驗，雇主會怎么想呢！毫無疑問，他會感到很震驚，不會給這個人機會，因為他擔心這個求職者不會呆得久。
