一天，我宣布，我將去國(guó)外深造之后我的大學(xué)教育。我的決定能立即反對(duì)我的家人：為什么？我為什么要借留學(xué)一大筆錢，我可能會(huì)接受同樣的教育成本相對(duì)較低的在家嗎？我的答案是：除了知識(shí)，我可以獲得經(jīng)驗(yàn)，那些呆在家里。
首先，經(jīng)驗(yàn)是現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中使用外語的機(jī)會(huì)。當(dāng)一個(gè)人在家里學(xué)外語，效果無法用語言的學(xué)習(xí)與生活中不斷的使用比較。有沒有更好的機(jī)會(huì)來改善二語能力比生活在母語國(guó)家。生活在說英語的國(guó)家，如美國(guó)和澳大利亞幾年，比如，我的英語為母語的人將是完美的。
第二，國(guó)外生活和學(xué)習(xí)提供給我一個(gè)不同的`世界觀。在大學(xué)校園里，外國(guó)學(xué)生很可能遭遇來自不同國(guó)家和地區(qū)的同行和接觸到不同的思想和價(jià)值觀。這讓我有一個(gè)有意義的理解不同的社會(huì)中，不可避免地看見我自己的國(guó)家，在一個(gè)新的光。
第三，國(guó)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，因?yàn)樗赡苁橇钊司趩屎屯纯嗟模怯袔椭摹Ｒ粋�(gè)人出國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更困難往往難以適應(yīng)新的文化，在處理所有的問題。然而，困難，加上文化撞擊所帶來的挫折，是一種有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)一個(gè)人的人格的未來的生活和發(fā)展。

It is obviously depicted in the cartoon given above there are two students who are discussing about whether to study abroad or in china.There is no consensus of opinions among people as to whether students should study abroad or not. Some people are of the view that the youths should go overseas for further study if possible, while others take an opposite stand.
Those people who agree with studying abroad believe that diverse culture backgrounds can broaden students' horizon. They also claim that overseas study can shape students' personality because they are forced to deal with all kinds of difficulties by themselves. Nevertheless, the other people who agree with domestic education argue that our educational programs have been greatly improved during the past decades. They also point out that domestic education is convenient and economical.
As far as I am concerned, the former opinion holds more weight. For one thing, it can strengthen the learners' abilities to understand and communicate with people from other cultures. For another, the developed countries still have a lot advanced knowledge we need to study. When all the factors are examined, we may reasonably come to the conclusion that studying abroad is advisable.

But the students who are not having those conditions, I don’t think they should go abroad, because the stress for them is too large. No matter domain education or abroad education can educate them well. Besides, maybe they still need to consider their own character situation. In a word, whether a person should go abroad or not depends on their own situation.
