怎么制定一個真正適合自己職業發展規劃？

I had great losses during last three years, now i am starting over.

I have to face two big challenges :debt and new career . Every month I have to pay 8000RMB interest not including debt itself, and 5000RMB basic daily spending . I wanted to learn something that interests me and can benifit my mind and my bank accout as well .

I am ,however,kidnaped by the debt, nothing left after the sorts of payments and daily spendings. But still I have plenty of time to read and think,just unware of what should I do or choose ,.

My wife and I are going to have our baby in two years. sometimes I need professional and experienced ones to give some specific advice although I am a tough guy.

and now , I am working in an investment firm as a department manager . The game rule is that I have no imcome untill the department can make money because I alse have some shareholdings of the department. So now my income consists of two parts: the money from profit in my Futures Market accout and salary as investment consultant . So now I want to sketch up my long term career plan, not only for money ,but also a peaceful mind.

The fields fascinated me most are Enterprise trainning and consulting; Banking and investment ; Auto Beauty& Auto repair; and Green agriculture. and now I have to made a decision before 30 years old.
